When should I start my home search?
Ideally, 60-90 days before your RNLTD. This allows time for a 30-day closing and any "TMO timing" adjustments.
Can I use my VA loan more than once?
Yes. You can have multiple VA loans at once through "Bonus Entitlement," provided you have enough remaining entitlement to cover the new purchase.
What is the best gate for a morning commute?
Gate 3 (Watson Blvd) is 24/7, but Gate 14 (Russell Pkwy) is the most popular for those living in South Warner Robins, Bonaire, and Kathleen.
